Patented Heat Pump Technology for Waste Heat Recovery

Many industries have waste heat stream with temperatures of greater 70*C which are wasted and not utilized even if there is process heating requirement with steam. Most of the process heating requirements would require boilers to generate steam. Normally, most of the process heating applications can be achieved by using low pressure steam upto 4 bar pressure.

Why our Steam Generation?

Our Unique Solution

Our unique heat pump technology can be used to generate low pressure steam from hot water stream in the range of 70-95*C (available waste heat may be as hot water stream itself or else a heat recovery exchanger can be installed to generate hot water out of available waste heat stream eg. Flue gas, cooling oil used for air compressors etc.

Our system is able to upgrade the low level of heat available to higher temperature and thereby generate steam without burning any fossil fuel in boiler. Our system only needs electrical power and is able to achieve very high COP (coefficient of performance). In this manner we can generate steam from waste heat with power consumption in the range of 0.15 to 0.40 kwh/kg of steam depending upon the steam pressure required for heating application. Further if renewable power is used for our system then we can have emission free steam generation.
